Sports industry is developing at very fast rates and the population is actively involved in various sports activities both as participants and spectators. Thanks to Salaspils Sports Hall that was opened on November 16, 2013, people have an opportunity to do sports and attend fitness classes and gym in the new sports complex, which is one of the most modern sports infrastructure centers in the area of the Riga.
